Refund and Cancellation Policy

25% of the charter estimated cost shall be payable in advance at the time of blocking the aircraft.
Balance shall be payable 05 days prior to the day of flight and actual cost shall be payable within 03 days of actual billing.
100% of the estimated cost shall be payable in case the flight is confirmed less than 05 days to the actual date of flying.

25% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled anytime after blocking of the aircraft till 7 days of the schedule departure.
50% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 7 days to 5 days. of the scheduled departure.
100% of the total estimated charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled departure.
