Confirmation of the flight is subject to availability and booking can be confirmed after receipt of advance payment only.
The quoted amount is inclusive of all incidental expenses such as aviation fuel, landing and parking charges, navigational fee, in-flight catering, etc. The flying hours is calculated based on the distance and approx. cruising speed of the aircraft.
We will not be liable for any delay like, inconvenience due to bad weather, VVIP move-ments, unforeseen circumstances caused by nature or forcible conditions under such conditions; Charterer has to bear the cost of extra flight / overnight stay / waiting etc.
In case, if the flight has to be diverted to some other sectors due to bad weather or other technical reasons or due to non-availability of the parking space or for refueling at the destination airport or due to non- availability of the night parking facilities at the destination airport, the client would bear the cost of the additional sectors and Hours flown along with crew accommodation and lodging.
Minimum 02:00 hrs. flying time will be charged on every day basis. The flying time quoted above is
approximate and may vary. The final settlement of bills shall be done on actual hours flown, over
and above the estimated flying time, (from base and back to base).
Crew layover in case of prolonged halts during the course of single day at particular station, the “charterer” will make suitable arrangements for boarding, lodging & local transport or we will make the necessary arrangements on additional cost.
